Emotional Management
We are not our emotions. Our emotions are a result of our past beliefs, environments, and experiences. Once we can identify the activating event or triggers of our unwanted emotions, we can exercise our power to change our feelings about almost any negative emotion.

Too often we are told to simply write our goals down as if that will propel us to success and happiness. This is false. Identify and Squash Limiting Beliefs
Whether you are aware of it or not, we all harbor and maintain beliefs that limit our full potential. You are who you think you are, and that can be as destructive as it is powerful. I work to understand these deep seeded ideas and beliefs and counter them with more positive imagery which can not only change your internal feelings and beliefs but impact the way you are seen and received by others.

I know you have so many questions, and no one should have to go through cancer alone. This is a vulnerable time and I understand. I lived it, and continue to live a vibrant life with it. While you may have the support of family and friends, they often won’t understand exactly what you are going through or the internal battles that come with a cancer diagnosis. I will help answer your questions, navigate doctor concerns, and be a beacon of hope in what might be your toughest battle yet.
Enhance Communication
80% of all communication is non-verbal. How we say things is always much more important than what we say. More important than that, is active listening. My clients improve their communication skills five fold which enhances their ability to get more done at work, in business, and most importantly with family and friends. Good communication is the basis for all good relationships, and at the end of the day, relationships are all we really have.
Gratitude and Prayer
Gratitude is the cure for anxiety. It wasn’t until I started to appreciate all I did have and away from thoughts of what I didn’t that I began to feel true happiness. Most of us, even in our darkest times, are blessed more than we realize. I work with my clients to go over these unseen and underappreciated blessings. I work with people of all faiths on the benefits of prayer and meditation. The secret is to stop asking for what you want and focus on what is righteous.

Unlike therapists who are looking to diagnose and label you, my goal is to truly understand your situation. Empathize with you and put you back in a position of power.
We thrive off of understanding, structure, discipline, and strong support. Too often we are left to bury our emotions and fend for ourselves during our darkest moments.
Humans have evolved in so many ways from medical science to technology and travel but the one thing that we are falling short is in emotional evolution. In 2022, we are challenged with a always changing landscape and people are more lost and frustrated than ever, but ironically it is the same core issues that have plagued us for centuries. This is the cycle I am working to break.
I work with people in areas of fitness, dating, co-parenting, social media, drug and alcohol abuse, money management, and a variety of other dependencies that are directly tied to our emotional health.
I know what I needed when I was in my darkest place, and I vowed that if I could get out of this alive, I would dedicate the rest of my life to helping people at their own lowest points. While you might not be homeless, broke, and riddled with cancer, your worst day is still your worst day and I can show you how to come out of it smarter, happier, and stronger than ever.

Online or over the phone, I will meet with you and try to understand your feelings, thoughts, and goals to determine if we can be a good team. Once we decide it is a good fit, we will discuss programs and options that would best fit your needs and schedule.
Choose a Coaching Plan
Together, we will choose seasons to work together. Unlike therapists or some coaches, my goal is to teach you habits and techniques that, if executed, will move you from a client to a successful testimony.

We’ll look at your mind and body, talk about your wins, figure out what’s holding you back, and teach you new ways to move forward in the best way possible. We work as a team to come up with the best and most successful plan, making changes as we go. This ongoing process is designed so that you exit with a plan for a lifetime.
